Program Overview

The IHP Equipment Loan Program was developed in support of the Illinois Home Performance program. It was created to assist home performance professionals by making home energy evaluation equipment available to them for practice at no charge. Only individuals who are Building Performance Institute (BPI) certified or are seeking BPI certification are eligible to apply to participate in the IHP Equipment Loan Program.
